Put simply, it’s Pilates performed on specialist equipment (the reformer), which allows for a more dynamic, targeted workout. The reformer has 5 springs of varying resistance which change depending on what area you are focusing on working.
Which springs you use depends on how hard you want to work or if you have an injury. Reformer Pilates is great to do on its own or combined with other gym classes, cross fit, hyrox or running. The classes are effective, intense and fun, delivered by our inspirational instructors Rachael, Kate and Emily can help you achieve incredible total body sculpting.

In our vibrant studio, you’ll find nine state-of-the-art reformer beds, over 25+ classes from Monday to Saturday, 7.30am to 7pm, and expert guidance that’s anything but generic. Our dynamic resistance-based classes are designed to energise, challenge and get your heart pumping from the get-go.
Looking for something more bespoke? Within the privacy of our Luxe Studio, you can access exclusive one-to-one sessions with our lead instructor Rachael. Whether you’re recovering from injury, wanting to master your practice, or push beyond your limits, Rachael will craft a plan that supports your goals and unlocks your full potential.
